Telesales Executive
We’re looking for a Telesales Executive on a to join our commercial team at our office in Manchester, covering the Northwest patch.
As a Telesales Executive you will focus on appointment-making for new, lost, and lapsed customers, helping to generate valuable leads and increase our client base. This is a dynamic role where you’ll collaborate with our Account Managers and Directors to drive new business opportunities and ensure the continued growth of our portfolio in the North West area.
Our Team
Our Team represents Bauer Media Audio UK with stations such as Greatest Hits Radio, Magic, Absolute, KISS and many others. You will be part of our highly successful and driven local team. We pride ourselves in putting teamwork at the forefront of our minds and you will be an important and integral part of that.
This is a hybrid role hat supports a balance of working from home and our office in Manchester. There is also the possibly for remote working.
What you’ll be doing
- Proactively contact new, lost, and lapsed customers to secure meetings.
- Manage with weekly KPIs to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify business leads, targeting both new and existing clients.
- Assist in driving new business by providing sales support, client follow-ups, and preparing client information.
- Use the CRM system to record customer interactions, appointments, and sales activities.
- and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Stay updated on Bauer Media’s products and services.
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Experience working to KPIs and / or targets.
- Experience engaging and influences clients over the phone.
- Excellent verbal communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to using CRM systems and other software tools to track leads and manage client information.
