About The Role
We have a new opportunity for an Ad Operations Executive to join our team here at Bauer Media Audio Ireland. The successful candidate will support the Bauer Media Audio Ireland & audioXi team and will report to the Ad Operations Manager. You will work closely with our Direct Sales team and our Agency Sales Team, Media Central to deliver
campaigns successfully and maintain an excellent commercial experience for our advertisers. The role deals with trafficking, optimisation & reporting of our digital display & digital audio campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Smooth implementation, ad-trafficking and ad-management of all digital audio & digital display advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign delivery and suggest optimization solutions to agencies/advertisers.
- Troubleshooting and QA-ing creatives & working with our Ad Tech Partners.
- Ensure appropriate tracking is in place for all relevant parties, to accurately measure and help achieve campaign objectives.
- Liaising with ad tech partners and clients on any technical and campaign issues.
- Provide clear post campaign reports along with recommendations and insights across Digital Display and Digital Audio to our clients.
- Deliver regular metric-based reports to internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with external partners (Podcasters / Radio Stations) on monthly performance and traffic.

- Proven experience of working in an ad operations environment (min 1 years).
- Proficient in ad serving systems (Google DFP / AdsWizz).
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel & knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
- Familiarity and understanding of current digital advertising offerings and products.
- Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail.
