Account Manager (Media sales)
About the Role
Bauer Media Audio UK is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our Birmingham team. You’ll take personal revenue responsibility for a portfolio of clients, driving growth across Hits Radio, Greatest Hits Radio, and the wider Bauer portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the UK’s most iconic audio brands including Magic, Absolute, and KISS, in a supportive and high-performing team.
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, driving revenue growth across Bauer’s audio platforms. You’ll be part of a supportive, high-performing team that values authenticity, ambition, and collaboration.
Location: Birmingham - Hybrid (1 day onsite)
What You’ll Do
- Win new business and grow existing client accounts
- Execute Bauer’s commercial strategy across Birmingham
- Manage advertising inventory and pricing
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Achieve personal and team revenue targets
