About the Role
Join Red FM as a key part of our Events and Marketing team, representing some of the country’s most recognisable radio and digital audio brands. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same—you’ll be out in the field bringing our brands to life through live events, promotions, and engaging activations.
As a Red Patroller, you’ll play an important role in delivering memorable audience experiences, supporting event execution from start to finish, and ensuring our partners and clients are represented to the highest standard. You’ll interact directly with the public, create engaging social content, and contribute valuable feedback to help shape future campaigns.
This role suits someone energetic, personable, and passionate about media, marketing, and live events. It also offers the opportunity to develop practical experience across event operations, brand promotion, and digital content creation, while working closely with a collaborative and fast-paced team. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is essential due to the nature of live events.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the face of our brands at live events, promotions, and activations
- Support the Events & Marketing teams in delivering engaging, high-quality experiences
- Execute client briefs and ensure all brand elements are represented professionally and creatively
- Assist with set-up, execution, and breakdown of events
- Engage with the public and encourage interaction with our stations
- Capture on-site content for social media and campaign reporting
- Provide insights and feedback from events to help improve future activations
- Carry out ad hoc promotional or operational tasks during other shifts as required
- Selected candidates may be required to perform duties outside their primary job responsibilities as needed to support team and organizational goals.

What You'll Need:
- A full, clean driver’s license held for at least 2 years.
- Experience or a strong interest in events, broadcasting, media, or marketing
Please note: Due to company vehicle insurance requirements, applicants must be eligible to drive company vehicles under our insurance policy. Currently, this policy applies to drivers aged 21 and over.
Working Days:
• Varied and flexible hours across Monday to Sunday depending on event schedules
