About the role


To accelerate our digital audio growth we are recruiting for a creative, passionate, and experienced Digital Audience Acquisition and CRM Senior Executive to join our team. Working with the Digital Audience Acquisition and CRM Manger, you will be responsible for growing and retaining digital audio audiences and paid subscribers to our portfolio of ever growing digital products and titles and increasing loyalty and LTV along the way. 


Specialising in digital channels and utilising audience data intelligence, but competent across all media this role will assist with the development, implementation and performance management of effective acquisition and CRM strategies.  With this exciting role you will get the opportunity to work with some of the biggest audio brands, talent and titles in a market that is rapidly evolving.


What you'll do:

  • Assisting with the development and implementation of data-informed audience acquisition, growth and retention strategies, across a range of Bauer Media Audio Ireland digital products, both subscription-based and free.
  • Assisting with the development of measurement plans to leverage audience and behavioural data to drive activity and subscription revenue.
  • Working with the team to manage and optimise the customer journey from suspect, to prospect, to listener, to follower to subscriber.
  • Assisting with the set up and delivery of campaigns and their analysis and reporting. 
  • Supporting the management of measurement plans that link activities with business objectives.
  • Supporting the continuous and evolving optimisation of consent and registration processes based on analysis and testing.

  • An understanding of audience segmentation and how it can be used to drive audience growth, engagement, and loyalty.
  • The ability to balance good analytical and reporting skills with creativity.
  • Appetite to make an impact and demonstrate results.
  • Communication skills with examples of how you have shared results, insights, or ideas.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and great collaborative working skills.
