Commercial Operations Executive

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Executive to join our Customer Experience Team in Scotland.

You’ll be joining our Customer Experience team a collaborative, supportive group working across the UK to enable our commercial teams to do their best work.

We’re the engine behind the systems, processes and insights that keep our commercial operation running smoothly. From CRM and reporting to training and problem-solving, we help teams work smarter, make better decisions and ultimately grow revenue in a sustainable way.

As a Commercial Operations Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting our commercial teams by ensuring systems and processes are used consistently, accurately and effectively.

You’ll help colleagues get the most out of our tools, provide clarity where there are questions, and use data to spot trends and opportunities for improvement. This is a brilliant role if you enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and building a strong foundation for a long-term career in commercial operations.

 

Your Role:

You’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational effectiveness of our commercial systems and processes, acting as a trusted point of contact for queries and guidance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Account Managers to use CRM systems correctly and consistently
  • Monitoring leads, activity and SLAs, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Assisting with territory and account management, including allocations and investigations
  • Responding to system, finance and account-related queries
  • Supporting reporting and insight through tools such as Power BI
  • Delivering system training and coaching to new starters and existing colleagues

  • Good experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • A proactive, team-focused mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Confident communication skills
  • Interest in systems, processes and continuous improvement

Desirable

  • CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Exposure to a commercial or sales environment
  • Experience working with data or reports

 

This role is based in Scotland, with a remote or hybrid working model available (Office in Edinburgh or Glasgow). You may be expected to travel to London once a quarter for team meet ups (This will be covered)
