Our Team: How we enrich everyday life

You will be representing Bauer Audio UK for Kent & East Sussex and the wider Bauer portfolio of digital brands including Greatest Hits Radio, Magic, Absolute, Kiss and many others. Working within a specific postcode territory and ultimately responsible for your own piece of the world – hunting for new business, working with and advising existing clients about the right Bauer brands and products, to help their business more successful. 

The Difference you will make:

As an Account Manager you will embody Bauer Media’s values and drive Bauer’s company strategy and goals into the commercial business. You will be managing personal revenue responsibility for some existing accounts within your territory, whilst also hunting for new clients through business development.

Your role:

Our advertising clients are at the core of everything we do. As an Account Manager, you’ll be working hard to attract and win new clients and develop our existing client portfolio, whilst feeling fully supported. Responsibilities include: 

• Execute Bauer’s commercial strategy.
• Growing group revenues across your specific territory and the wider Bauer portfolio
• Managing advertising inventory and price.
• Developing key internal and external customer relationships.
• Achieving personal and team revenue targets.

The Skills you will bring:

• Experience in achieving both personal and team revenue targets.
• Experience in business development and sourcing your own leads. 
• Exceptional communication skills, tailoring messages in relation to clients.
• Able to use MS office to create engaging reports / presentations
• A keen interest in conducting research and data-driven insights.
• A strong entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to business growth fluctuations. 

Working Pattern/Location:

This role will be mainly working in the field and from home. Occasionally we visit one of the regional offices in London or Fareham. You will receive a car allowance.

Your region covers the major towns and commercial centres of Royal Tunbridge wells, Canterbury, Maidstone, Ashford, Dover, Eastbourne, Brighton and everywhere in between.
