You’ll be joining our Global Systems & Reporting team, part of Bauer’s Group FP&A function. We’re a small but influential team shaping the future of financial reporting across Bauer Media Group. Our mission? To standardise and enhance reporting processes that empower strategic decision-making. We work closely with Finance leaders and stakeholders across multiple business units, ensuring data-driven insights are at the heart of every decision.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and improving management reporting processes. Your work will directly influence how Bauer operates globally, giving senior leaders the clarity they need to make impactful decisions. Your Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Designing and maintaining standardised global reports using tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI.
- Supporting FP&A teams and Finance stakeholders with reporting and planning needs.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize reporting processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align reporting objectives with organizational goals.
- Providing data and reporting support for acquisitions, integrations, and group-level projects.
The Skills you will bring
Essential:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a complex, matrix organization.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial reporting or FP&A.
- Business-fluent English (critical), German is a plus.
- Analytical mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Desirable:
- Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI (combination highly valued).
- Experience in multinational or consulting environments.
- Advanced Excel skills.
