About the Role
We are currently recruiting an FP&A Reporting Specialist to join our newly established Global Finance Systems & Reporting team. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality, standardised management reporting to support strategic decision-making across Bauer Media Group.
The FP&A Reporting Specialist will be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving management reports and models using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI, ensuring they meet the needs of senior stakeholders across our Group and divisional FP&A teams.
About the Team
The Global Finance Systems & Reporting team is a new, centralised function within Group Finance, consisting of approximately 8 team members. The team is responsible for governance of management data, standardisation of reporting, and ensuring consistent and high-quality reporting outputs across Bauer Media Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a catalogue of standardised global management reports
- Collaborate with divisional FP&A teams (Publishing, Audio, Group Services) to gather reporting requirements
- Support reporting needs related to acquisitions, integrations and other group initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and methodologies
- Support local finance teams with their reporting and modelling needs
- Contribute to training and user support for reporting tools (SAC, Power BI)
- Act as a liaison between Group Finance and other stakeholders to resolve reporting-related issues
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis in a corporate or international environment
- Strong technical skills in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and/or Power BI
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear and effective communication skills across varying levels of seniority
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment
- Experience with acquisition/integration reporting is advantageous
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
