Finance Manager Transformation

We are currently seeking multiple Finance Manager with passion for transformation and operational excellence to join our newly created Transformation & Finance Excellence team as "Senior Finance Managers, Transformation" and "Finance Managers, Transformation". This is your opportunity to help shape the future of how Finance operates at Bauer, driving best practice and delivering meaningful change across the function.
Why This Role?
You’ll be joining a high-impact, cross-functional team reporting to the Director, Finance Transformation & Excellence. The team is responsible for redesigning and strengthening the global Finance operating model — spanning processes, systems, governance, KPIs, and more.
This is a chance to:
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives across our global finance function
- Drive and embed data-led, KPI-focused improvements
- Collaborate with finance leaders and cross-functional teams
- Build long-term impact by delivering sustainable, best-in-class solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of finance transformation projects from design through to implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Group Finance and other departments to drive alignment and adoption
- Deliver improvements across core finance areas including R2R, P2P, O2C, and FP&A
- Provide subject matter expertise in process and systems transformation
- Support post-implementation activities and ensure smooth handovers to BAU teams
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Finance operations and governance
We’re looking for employees who:
- Have 5+ years of Finance experience, ideally with exposure to transformation, strategic change, or project delivery
- Are highly skilled in financial analysis, modelling, and insights, with a proven ability to drive decisions in a KPI-led, data-rich environment
- Bring experience in project or program management, with strong planning and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing capabilities
- Are proactive, curious, performance-driven, and eager to challenge the status quo
- Have experience with financial systems (e.g., S/4HANA) — a plus
