HR IT PMO (m/f/d)
As HR IT PMO (f/m/d) you will be part of our Group HR Function. The PeopleSource Team is preparing and rolling out core HR processes supported by technology. The work is organised in a number of workstreams. Within each workstream process owners, process specialists, local HR, HR tech specialists for HR and Technology work together to prepare the best possible solution. Change, communication, Training, and the Project Management office work together to connect the dots across the business and the workstreams. The main purpose of this role is management of the project office to report on progress, dependencies and budget status of all workstreams.
We prefer a candidate located in Germany (Hamburg), Poland (Warzawa), or the UK (London).
Your responsibilities
- Design and implement tools and methods for project management e. g. SharePoint, Status Reports, Status Meetings, cost tracking, Monday.com
- Manage the reporting on status, timeline, resources, costs, budget, KPI, risks and change requests (mostly in place)
- Manage risk management plan process to identify, rank, mitigate and review risks on a regular basis
- Prepare and schedule workshops/meetings and prepare required presentations and facilitate workshops and meetings in the context of communication, training and data protection
- Manage the project repository for all project deliverable documents
- Coordinate the project deliverables for Communication, Training and Data Protection within the project team and with relevant stakeholders
Your profile
- You have a completed business degree and minimum seven years of working experience with two years as a project manager in a complex organisation
- You are an excellent project manager with a proven track record in HR IT
- You show a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leveraging high work ethics and pragmatic problem-solving approaches to deliver results in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- You demonstrate resilience and adaptability, thriving in situations of uncertainty, while applying a solution-oriented mindset to ensure project success
- You have deep knowledge of different project management tools and methods, plus strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Your English language skills are full business proficiency
