HR Information Services Manager (m/w/d)

The team you will be joining is currently implementing SAP SuccessFactors in 13 countries in Bauer media Group. The implementation team values collaboration, transparency, and business focus. We work hard, have fun, and keep our eyes on the ball. As more territories are going live with the first modules, we need you to take over the application management.

The Human Resource Information Services Manager will support, maintain, and further develop our groupwide HR applications.
 
We prefer a candidate located in Germany, Poland, or the UK.


Your responsibilities

 

  • Oversee and maintain optimal function of Bauer Media Group’s HR Systems – primarily SAP SuccessFactors and Qualtrics, which includes the support of HR and Business Users across all territories, issue resolution, change management, release management and solution optimization and improvement.  
  • Support the HR organization and business with managing permission and access, technical troubleshooting, and data reporting.
  • Identify training needs and provide system training including user training manuals for the HR Community
  • Manage the HR Key User Community and coordinate the change and improvement process from ideation, approval, implementation to testing and implementation.
  • Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, Global Technology, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR system solutions.
  • Collaborate with the HR Leadership Team and local HR to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommend and implement solutions.
  • Lead members of the HR maintenance team in a dotted line relation.
  • Maintain and apply knowledge of trends and developments in HR data management, security and compliance HR technology and Employee Experience with a focus on SuccessFactors and Qualtrics.
  • Oversee the procurement of appropriate technology to ensure that the organization has high quality and efficient systems.
  • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.

 

Your profile

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or business informatics or comparable qualifications
  • At least three years of SuccessFactors (Employee Central is a must) application management or related experience required with one year in a supervisory position
  • Thorough understanding of human resource policies and processes
  • Profound understanding of HR and Organisational data models
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills, as well as organizational skills and attention to detail
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset
