About the Role
We are looking for a well-organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support our Corporate Communications & Corporate Brand team. In this important role, you ensure that the team has enough space to focus on strategy, stakeholder management, and brand development. You will also contribute your strengths in organizing team events, coordinating projects, and managing budgets. You will report directly to the SVP Corporate Communications & Corporate Brand.
Location: Hamburg, Germany – Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office)
Your Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage a complex calendar, arrange meetings, handle correspondence, and organise international travel.
- Event Coordination: Plan and deliver team meetings, workshops, and offsites from start to finish, including venue booking, logistics, and on-site coordination.
- Project Support: Assist in the execution of communications and brand initiatives, preparing presentations and materials.
- Budget & Finance: Process invoices, track expenses, and support budget planning.
- Liaison & Relationships: Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling confidential information with discretion.
Your Profile:
- Several years’ experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant at C-level or senior leadership level.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, events, and travel arrangements independently.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German; other languages a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Zoom).
- Cultural awareness and experience working with international teams.
- A proactive, solution-focused, and service-oriented mindset.
