You’ll contribute to important initiatives — from ESG reporting to our HR Management Dashboard — ensuring our organisation has the visibility it needs to grow and evolve. Your work will help streamline HR processes, improve data quality, and strengthen our culture of informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Supporting the design and implementation of Bauer’s HR Data Strategy
• Extracting, transforming, and analysing HR data (primarily from SAP SuccessFactors)
• Conducting ad-hoc data collection (e.g., surveys)
• Developing and maintaining HR dashboards and reports (e.g., SuccessFactors, Power BI)
• Ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy across systems
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into meaningful insights
• Communicating data findings in a clear, concise, and stakeholder-friendly manner
Supporting ongoing projects such as ESG reporting, the HR Management Dashboard, and Activity Analysis
What We Are Looking For
• Demonstrable experience in HR analytics and HRIS environments
• Extensive experience working with HR data, reporting, and dashboards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• A collaborative mindset and openness to different working cultures
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data responsibly
• Strong stakeholder management skills – able to build relationships, understand partner needs, and present insights clearly
