Procurement Business Partner (m/f/d)

About the Role:
Bauer Media Group is looking for a Procurement Business Partner to strengthen procurement maturity and support sourcing projects across business-led categories such as production, content, marketing, and advertising.

This role combines sourcing expertise with capability building. You will guide business units through tailored engagement models—Advisory, Expert Support, Orchestration, and Delegation—and help deliver the “Procurement Driver’s License,” our internal training program.

About the Team:
Group Procurement supports all Bauer Media Group business units with procurement policies, sourcing support, and project expertise. The team operates across Germany, the UK, and Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support sourcing projects in collaboration with business units
• Ensure effective project planning, stakeholder management, and supplier coordination
• Build procurement capabilities by coaching stakeholders and delivering training
• Identify and implement process improvements in sourcing practices
• Foster strong relationships across BUs and promote best procurement practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or equivalent
• Fundamental experience in strategic procurement or category management
• Strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Fluent in English and German
• Proficient in procurement tools (e.g., SAP) and MS Office
