About the Role 

As Manager Procurement Digitalisation, you will play a key role in shaping the future of procurement at Bauer Media Group. You will lead the development, implementation, and optimisation of digital procurement processes, focusing on SAP S/4HANA integration, automation, and AI-driven solutions. This role is central to enhancing efficiency, transparency, and compliance, while driving digital transformation across global procurement. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as a key user for SAP S/4HANA implementation and ensure seamless integration with SAP-adjacent tools and digital solutions.
  • Design and optimise global procurement processes, driving standardisation across locations.
  • Work closely with the GPO P2P to support evaluation and implementation of change requests.
  • Implement AI and automation technologies to streamline operations and enhance decision-making.
  • Provide change management, training, and user support to ensure successful adoption of digital procurement tools.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and business policies, using digital tools to manage risks and enhance transparency.
  • Define and execute the digital procurement strategy, aligning initiatives with business objectives and best practices. 

 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Business Informatics, or related field.
  • 7+ years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or digital transformation.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, procurement platforms like Coupa, and digital tools.
  • Strong background in project and change management.
  • Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent English communication, data analytics, and MS Office skills.
  • Knowledge of process design (BPMN); Agile/Scrum experience a plus.
  • Reliable, analytical, and performance-driven with strong stakeholder management.
  • Innovative, adaptable, and collaborative with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
