Product Owner - monday.com

Our team as a Center of Excellence is managing individual group services, ensuring smooth rollouts, ongoing maintenance, and continuous development to enhance the quality of user experience. We work closely with service providers to ensure SLA execution and collaborate extensively with business users as well as other Bauer tech functions to deliver seamless, high-quality solutions. 
As a Product Owner/ Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the effective implementation and management of Monday.com across the organization and harmonization with other applications. You will drive governance practices, enhance user experience, and ensure optimal service delivery. Your role will merge strategic product ownership with hands-on service management, focusing on user needs, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead overall delivery performance of project management (SaaS) applications across BMG. 
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure consistent and efficient use of Monday.com and other PM services across the organization and monitor compliance with governance standards and make necessary adjustments to improve framework effectiveness. 
  • Improve the quality and efficiency of handling requests and incidents related to Monday.com by implementing and overseeing processes for timely resolution. 
  • Conduct feasibility analyses to align user department naming conventions with potential information from SAP SF, ensuring streamlined data flow to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy. 
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements (e.g. Publishing, Audio, TMO, HR, Legal, Tax, Real-estate, etc), identify pain points, and define project objectives for service development. 

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, data science or a comparable qualification as well as a PMP/Agile Certification, an ITIL Certification and a Monday.com Admin/Champion certification
  • Proven capability and experience in application support management preferably at an enterprise level 
  • Knowledge of service delivery frameworks, such as ITIL, and experience implementing service management best practices. 
  • Demonstrable experience in SaaS and Cloud-related environments  
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Polish (desirable), and German (desirable)
