You will be joining our global Performance Management & Total Rewards Centre of Excellence, a collaborative team responsible for designing and delivering frameworks that help Bauer attract, reward, develop and retain talent. Working closely with HR, Finance, People Operations, People Technology and business leaders across multiple markets, we create consistent, people-focused programmes that make a real difference to the employee experience.
The Difference You Will Make
As our People Projects Coordinator, you will help ensure the successful delivery of strategic people programmes across Bauer Media Group. You will coordinate projects, support annual HR cycles, manage mobility processes, and help maintain the operational foundations that allow our global Performance Management and Total Rewards programmes to run smoothly and effectively.

Working Pattern / Location
Hybrid working – Hamburg, Germany. Permanent, full-time position.
Your Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Coordinating global Performance Management and Total Rewards projects from planning through to implementation.
• Organising workshops, governance meetings and stakeholder sessions.
• Tracking project milestones, actions, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Supporting annual salary review, bonus and performance management cycles.
• Coordinating executive job evaluation and governance activities.
• Managing relationships and activities with external reward and mobility providers.
• Coordinating international mobility cases, including relocations, cross-border hires and assignments.
• Producing HR reports, presentations and management updates.
• Maintaining documentation, templates, records and knowledge repositories.
• Supporting governance, compliance and audit requirements across global people programmes.
What We Are Looking For
• Demonstrable experience within HR, HR Operations, HR Projects, Total Rewards, Talent or a related people function.
• Experience coordinating projects, programmes or recurring HR processes.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with great attention to detail.
• Collaborative stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confidence working with data, reporting and presentations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience using HR systems; SAP SuccessFactors would be advantageous.
• Business fluency in English.
• A proactive and dependable approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.
