Senior HR Project Manager (w/m/d)
As a Senior HR Project Manager (f/m/d) you will be responsible for various HR projects and initiatives across our publishing business units, ensuring they are successfully implemented and aligned with strategic objectives. The purpose of this role is to drive HR projects, contribute to the overall HR strategy and transformation and support the achievement of business goals.
We are looking for support at the Hamburg location as soon as possible.
Your tasks
- End-to-end responsibility for the planning and execution of cross-functional HR projects while adhering to deadlines and budgets
- Close collaboration and coordination with relevant stakeholders within and outside the HR department to define project objectives, scope and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budget planning and risk management strategies
- Provide regular reports to senior management on milestones achieved and relevant KPIs
- Continuous review of project progress to identify any obstacles at an early stage, derive appropriate measures and ensure continuous improvement
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and company guidelines
- Mentoring project members and fostering a collaborative and performance-orientated working environment
Your profile
- Successfully completed business studies or comparable training with additional qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in project management
- Sound knowledge of HR processes, best practices and trends
- Analytical, conceptual skills and a pragmatic mindset
- Excellent communication skills that enable effective collaboration and influence at all levels of the organisation
- Business fluent German and English language skills mandatory
