As Senior Manager Performance Management, you’ll lead the design and implementation of global performance frameworks, partnering with stakeholders across diverse markets and business units. This is a unique opportunity to build scalable, strategic processes from the ground up and make a lasting impact. 

 

Your Role 

  • Design & Develop global performance management frameworks (goal setting, feedback, reviews, calibration). 
  • Partner & Align with HRBPs and People Directors to tailor frameworks to local needs while ensuring global consistency. 
  • Drive Execution of the global performance cycle, including planning, communication, and calibration. 
  • Enable Change by fostering a high-performance culture through training, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies. 
  • Leverage Insights from performance data to support business decisions and workforce planning. 
  • Integrate with Rewards to ensure performance outcomes align with recognition and compensation strategies. 

 

Your Profile 

  • Extensive experience in HR, with a focus on performance management and talent processes. 
  • Proven success in international, matrixed environments. 
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. 
  • Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors (Performance & Goals module preferred). 
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus. 
  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
