Specialist Performance Analytics and Reporting in Procurment (m/w/d)

Job Purpose
The Performance Analytics and Reporting Specialist will support data-driven decision-making for Group Procurement and other key stakeholders (e.g., Finance). The role will deliver dashboards and ad hoc analyses to Category Managers, Procurement Business Partners, and the procurement leadership team. It will also support and drive continuous improvement of procurement reporting, analytics, and underlying processes.

 

About the Role
This role is part of the Procurement Excellence team within the Group Procurement function, reporting to the Head of Procurement Excellence. The team ensures global standards and tools are in place to enable an efficient and value-adding procurement function across Bauer Media Group.

You’ll play a critical role in further developing reporting and analytics capabilities, including process and tool optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with Procurement Business Partners, Category Managers, IT, and Master Data Management to ensure high-quality data, meaningful KPIs, and effective dashboards and reports.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Perform data analysis to support procurement decision-making
  • Identify trends, savings opportunities, and risk areas in spend data
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize procurement processes and reporting tools
  • Ensure high data quality and support governance and master data processes
  • Support the implementation of procurement systems and analytics in SAP S/4HANA

 

What we are Looking for 

  • Degree in Business Administration, IT, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Experience in procurement analytics, business intelligence, or similar
  • Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and procurement data structures
  • Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a hands-on mentality
  • Fluent in English
