Talent Acquisition Partner

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Hamburg (hybrid). In this role, you will manage the full recruitment process while supporting talent acquisition initiatives across our Group functions, such as Finance, Technology and HR. Collaborating closely with HR and TA teams across Europe, this position is key to ensuring we attract top talent, particularly in Germany and the UK, to support our business goals. 

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to negotiating offers, for a range of roles including Finance, Tech, HR, Procurement, Tax and many more.
  • Collaborate with the wider TA team to develop and implement best-practices and innovative recruitment solutions
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and offer strategic guidance to overcome recruitment challenges
  • Continuously enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
  • Conduct market research and analyse hiring data to understand talent trends and availability, particularly in Germany

 

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruiting in an in-house Talent Acquisition environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships in a global work environment
  • Experience in improving recruitment processes and contributing to TA-wide projects
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret hiring data and take action
  • A passion for continuous learning and keeping up with the latest TA trends
  • Proficiency in English is required, and fluent German language skills are preferred
