Teamleiter Kontokorrent (m/w/d)

Ihre Rolle:
Als Teamleiter Kontokorrent führen Sie zwei engagierte Teams mit insgesamt 10 Kolleginnen und treiben die operative Exzellenz entlang des gesamten Order-to-Cash- (O2C) und Procure-to-Pay-Zyklus (P2P) voran. Mit der Einführung von SAP S/4HANA und dem globalen Rollout unserer standardisierten Finanzprozesse gestalten Sie eine zukunftsorientierte und effiziente Transaktionsverarbeitung an unserem Standort in Hamburg maßgeblich mit. 

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Führung, Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung eines leistungsstarken AR/AP-Teams

• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesgeschäfts für Verlags- und Konzerneinheiten

• Verantwortung für Monats- und Jahresabschlussprozesse

• Einführung, Überwachung und Optimierung von Richtlinien für Transaktionsprozesse

• Förderung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen und Standardisierung innerhalb der Finanzprozesse

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Kontrollsysteme, gesetzlicher Vorschriften und Audit-Standards

• Förderung einer Kultur der Zusammenarbeit, Eigenverantwortung und des Lernens

Ihr Profil:

• Umfassende Erfahrung im Finanzbereich, mit fundiertem Wissen in der Transaktionsverarbeitung

• Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen im Change Management

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzwesen, Rechnungswesen oder eines verwandten Bereichs (ein Masterabschluss ist von Vorteil)

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA sowie sichere Anwendung von Excel und PowerPoint

• Strategische Denkweise kombiniert mit einer praxisorientierten, lösungsorientierten Herangehensweise

• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
