The difference you will make
As The Head of Campaign Delivery you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of all campaigns across broadcast, digital audio, and branded content. You will be ensuring campaigns are planned, booked, and executed, meeting client objectives and delivering exceptional results.
Your role
- Lead the planning, booking, and execution of campaigns across broadcast, digital audio, and branded content.
- Oversee campaign-associated costs, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Work closely with Regional Create Director, Heads of Streams, Digital & Branded Content teams and Sales Teams.
- Line manage Campaign Executives, providing coaching and mentorship.
- Implement and optimize workflows for campaign planning, booking, and reporting.
- Ensure effective utilization of project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, PowerBI)
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to identify trends.
- Lead the creation of post-campaign analysis reports.
- Proficiently use custom GPTs and other AI tools to enhance strategic planning, research, and campaign development.
- Oversee simultaneous task management across numerous projects across a wide team
The skills you will bring
- Experience in campaign delivery and media planning role or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of broadcast, digital audio, and branded content campaign planning.
- Experience managing campaign budgets and associated costs.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, PowerBI).
- Previous experience in managing and mentoring team members.
- Be an outstanding communicator with the ability to build sustainable relationships with stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
Working Pattern/Location
This is a hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and our office in London.
