The incumbent of this role, will be part of the leadership team in Krakow, working closely with the CEO and C-suite.

Your Responsibilities

• Translate Global Audio People strategy and cultural transformation into local objectives
• Partner with senior leadership on organizational development and change management
• Lead talent management initiatives: succession planning, leadership development, and retention
• Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations and labor law matters
• Interim HR Operations Management and support of the transition into a centralized operations function 

Your Experience
 

• 10 years in a relatable HR position, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within a multinational or group structure
• Proven expertise in Polish employment law and employee relations
• Track record in cultural change, talent management, and strategic HR partnering
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
• Fluent in Polish and English; degree in HR or related field preferred
