Account Manager
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our commercial team servicing the Lincolnshire area on a permanent basis.
As an Account Manager you will embody Bauer Media’s values and drive Bauer’s company strategy and goals into the commercial business to a high standard within agreed parameters and desired timelines.
Taking personal revenue responsibility for some existing accounts within your territory, whilst also hunting for new clients through business development to grow revenues across the specific postcodes. As well as the wider Bauer portfolio of radio brands, sponsorships, creative and digital products too.
Our Team
Representing Bauer Audio UK for Lincoln and the wider Bauer portfolio of digital brands including Greatest Hits Radio, Magic, Absolute, Kiss and many others. Working within a specific postcode territory and ultimately responsible for your own piece of the world, advising new / existing clients about the right Bauer brands and products, to help their business be more successful.
This role will be a mix of working in the field, from home and your local office. A car allowance will be included.
What you'll be doing
As an Account Manager, you’ll be working hard to attract new clients and develop our existing client portfolio. Other responsibilities include:
- Executing Bauer’s commercial strategy.
- Responsible for developing Audio revenues across your allocated territory.
- Take client briefs and understanding their needs.
- Present to clients of all levels and across all sectors.
- Develop key internal stakeholder and external customer relationships.
- Deploy strategic and tactical plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Use Business social tools to create and build connections.
- Attend networking events in your territory to build and establish customer relationships.
What You'll Bring

- Exceptional communication skills, that draw customers in.
- A proven track record in achieving both personal and team revenue targets.
- Experience in business development and sourcing your own leads and securing new business.
- Experience using a CRM is an advantage, as are excellent people skills and the ability to form strong authentic relationships.
