You’ll be part of a collaborative, high‑trust team working closely with engineers, commercial leaders, sales teams and senior leaders across multiple countries, shaping new ways of working.
The Difference you will make
As an AI Product and Delivery Manager, you will act as a bridge between our 9 markets and the central advisory function. Your first project will involve playing a pivotal role in the development and rollout of an end-to-end AI-generated advertising platform with commercial and tech teams. This is a brand new role, created to support the roll out and scaling of a highly strategic AI product for 2026 and beyond.
Your work will directly help to drive commercial growth and improve efficiency across the business. This is a unique opportunity to join right at the moment of scale, shaping processes, improving product capability, and helping bring structure and clarity to an exciting high impact area.
Your role
You will partner with a Senior Product & Delivery Manager and work sidebyside with engineering, commercial teams and sales reps to ensure the successful development, rollout and continuous improvement of a new AI-driven, end-to-end platform.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Supporting the rollout of the AI platform across the UK, followed by eight other international markets.
- Acting as a key bridge between engineering teams and commercial users across markets.
- Translating user insights into product improvements, feature requests and structured requirements.
- Running user onboarding, training and feedback loops to ensure the product meets real‑world needs.
- Working closely with the commercial team to understand real client needs and ensure product market fit.
- Bringing structure, organisation and process discipline into a fast‑moving, ambiguous working environment.
- Supporting continuous improvement cycles as the product evolves beyond MVP.
- Managing incident triage, prioritisation and operational readiness.
The Skills you will bring:
Required:
- Strong experience as a Product Manager, with full lifecycle experience from development through to operational rollout and BAU.
- Solid understanding of AI technologies.
- Excellent cross-market stakeholder management skills, including working with senior commercial leaders or teams where English is not the first language.
- Highly structured, detail orientated, organised, proactive and able to bring clarity in ambiguous situations.
- Strong user‑centric thinking; confident challenging stakeholders diplomatically and making decisions rooted in user benefit.
- Able to work at pace in a startup‑style environment or with a founder mindset.
Desired:
- Experience in ad‑tech, media, audio or commercial environments.
- Familiarity with modern AI tooling e.g Claude Code, and AWS or similar.
- Speak additional languages e.g. Polish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Portuguese, Slovak or Finnish.
Working Pattern/Location
Hybrid — based in our London office, approx. once per week (flexible depending on business needs).
