About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Audio Account Director to join our Advertising team within the Collective hub, working across Havas, Goodstuff, and The 7* agencies.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll drive both display and creative partnership revenues, working closely with our Group Head, Client Leads, and Creative Strategists to bring customer strategies and ideas to life. You’ll play a key role in championing audio, inspiring agencies, and ensuring Bauer Media’s brands are front-of-mind with partners.
Location: London, Hybrid (2 days in London office)
What You’ll Do
- Grow market share in airtime and creative revenues by understanding agency motivations and client planning cycles.
- Drive new business and retain existing accounts across display and creative, increasing brand count and pitch conversion rates.
- Champion Bauer’s audio proposition through presentations, education sessions, immersions, and inspiration workshops.
- Build strong relationships with AV Investment and Partnership teams, ensuring Bauer’s brands and developments are well represented.
- Lead on partnership briefs by gathering insights and collaborating with Creative Strategy to deliver compelling, bespoke solutions.
- Develop and deliver outstanding pitch presentations that inspire agencies and clients.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in media sales at Account Manager/Director level within network media agencies, with strong agency contacts (especially in partnerships and AV investment).
- Deep knowledge of and passion for audio media and Bauer’s portfolio of brands.
- Strong grasp of the wider media landscape, including broadcast and digital.
- Track record of creating, pitching, and securing sponsorship and partnership deals.
- Understanding of agency trading deals and mechanics.
- Consultative sales approach with the ability to interrogate briefs, extract insights, and shape solutions.
- Strong presentation and networking skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
