You’ll be joining our Audio Technology team, a collaborative group of Business Analysts and Project Managers modernising Bauer’s audio systems across nine markets. Our work empowers how millions of listeners experience our brands each day, blending technology, creativity and innovation.

You’ll translate business needs into clear requirements, enabling the delivery of projects that support our shift from traditional broadcasting to cloud‑based solutions. Your insight will shape how systems evolve, ensuring our users have the tools and workflows needed for the future of Audio.
Your role
In this role, you’ll support multiple projects end‑to‑end, working closely with users and technical teams. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Gathering, analysing and documenting requirements
- Mapping AS‑IS and TO‑BE processes
- Leading workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Supporting package/software implementation
- Working with PMs to define scope and deliverables
- Supporting Agile ceremonies and collaboration
- Contributing to testing, user readiness and BAU handover
The skills you will bring
Must‑haves:
- Experience as a Business Analyst (in‑house or consultancy)
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- AS‑IS / TO‑BE process mapping (Visio required)
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Package or product implementation experience
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder partner
- Legal right to work in the UK
Nice-to-haves:
- Media, audio broadcasting, telco or gaming sector exposure
- Experience producing business cases
- Familiarity with Miro
- Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS
Working Pattern / Location
Hybrid – 2–3 office days weekly in our London office.
