Our Audio division is a key part of this journey, and we're looking for a Change Communications Executive to help bring our vision to life through powerful, targeted communication.

 

About the Role

You’ll join the European-wide Audio Communications Team, part of Bauer’s global communications network. Reporting to the Senior Communications & Change Manager, you'll support internal and external communications that align with Bauer Media Audio’s strategic direction. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help plan, create, and deliver communications that guide our teams through change, strengthen our culture, and showcase the impact of transformation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication plans that support change and transformation across the Audio business.
  • Produce compelling content including internal newsletters, social media posts, press releases, and multimedia updates for the company intranet.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure messaging is clear, aligned, and impactful across regions and teams.
  • Support communication strategies that address employee concerns, build engagement, and encourage cultural alignment.
  • Track and report on the performance of communication campaigns and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Assist with issue management and crisis communications, under guidance from senior team members.
  • Help manage creative assets and support day-to-day team operations.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in change communications, ideally within a transforming organisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Strong project management and time management capabilities.
  • Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative, international team.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and familiar with digital communications platforms.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and adapting communication for diverse audiences.

 

Bonus Skills

  • A passion for radio, audio, and media.
  • Digital content creation experience (e.g., using internal publishing tools or social platforms).
  • Understanding of how communication strategies align with business goals.
