The Difference you will make

As The Commercial Marketing Executive you will be supporting the delivery of Bauer Media Advertising’s commercial marketing activity across social media, content, client engagement and events. Working closely with the Head of Commercial Marketing, you will support the promotion of Bauer’s brands, talent and commercial partnerships through video content, social storytelling, client experiences and industry activity. 

 

Your role

  • Manage and schedule content across Bauer Media’s Instagram and LinkedIn channels, helping plan social calendars and deliver platform-specific content.
  • Lead and manage video and social projects from planning through to launch.
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate studio tours for clients and agency partners.
  • Support the delivery of client hospitality opportunities, trade events and industry activity for clients and agency partners.
  • Support the creation of case studies, sales materials and campaign showcases that demonstrate the impact of Bauer’s commercial partnerships
  • Work closely with the Commercial Communications Manager to support the planning, writing and submission of industry award entries.
  • Support the management of the Bauer Media Advertising inbox.
  • Process invoices and support budget tracking across Commercial Marketing activity.

 

 

 

The Skills you will bring

  • Strong project management and organisational skills. 
  • Creative writing and copywriting skills. 
  • Experience managing social media platforms including Instagram and LinkedIn. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and simultaneously. 
  • Experience coordinating video and content production projects. 
  • Confident working with presenters, clients, agency partners and senior stakeholders. 
  • Understanding of the broader business context and where the advertising business sits within the wider Bauer Media business.

 

 

Working Pattern/Location

This is fulltime role, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with flexible working hours. We also offer a hybrid way of working that supports a balance of working from home and our office in London.
