Commercial Communications Specialist

The Role
We’re looking for a confident, proactive Commercial Communications Specialist to support high-impact, B2B communications across Bauer’s European audio markets. Working within the European Audio Comms team and closely with the Commercial Marketing team, you’ll help drive consistent, engaging messaging that promotes Bauer’s commercial offering, brand portfolio, and advertising capabilities.
This is a hands-on, manager-level role for someone with excellent writing, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills. You’ll lead content creation, media relations, and campaign execution, supporting both internal and external communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver integrated commercial comms campaigns across multiple markets, with a focus on B2B messaging
Create content across channels: press releases, thought leadership, social copy, presentations, briefings
Support events, announcements, and brand activations at industry events
Maintain strong trade media relationships to enhance visibility and secure coverage
Collaborate across marketing, insight, and content teams to amplify white papers, case studies, and commercial insight
Act as the go-to comms contact for commercial projects across Bauer’s nine audio markets
Manage awards entries, campaign timelines, approvals, and asset delivery
Track and report on comms performance using defined KPIs
Assist with reactive comms and issue management when needed
Contribute to wider strategy and support team operations and live events
What You’ll Bring
Experience in comms within a fast-paced or complex environment — ideally media, digital, or creative industries
Strong B2B or trade comms experience
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Solid project coordination and stakeholder management abilities
Strong digital proficiency (Microsoft 365; experience with Canva, CMS, or SharePoint is a bonus)
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Collaborative mindset, able to work across cultures and markets
Commercial acumen or knowledge of advertising/branded content is a plus
