You’ll be joining the team behind Bauer Media Audio UK’s live events and promotions portfolio, delivering more than 100 commercial live events annually. From arena-scale concerts and outdoor festivals to club nights, theatre partnerships, exhibitions and international events, the team brings to life some of the UK’s most iconic audio brands, including KISS, KISSTORY, Magic Radio, Absolute Radio, Planet Rock, Hits Radio and Greatest Hits Radio.
Working across the full Bauer Audio portfolio, you'll collaborate with promoters, venues, artists, record labels, commercial partners and internal stakeholders to create memorable audience experiences. This is a highly collaborative team that works across events, partnerships, promotions and marketing activity, helping to drive audience engagement, strengthen brand positioning and deliver commercial results.

As Events & Promotions Co-Ordinator, you’ll play a central role in supporting and delivering Bauer Audio’s portfolio of live events while helping the wider co-promotions team deliver successful partnerships and campaigns. Events and promotions are a strategically important part of the business, helping to engage audiences, extend our brands into the real world and create meaningful commercial opportunities.
You'll be responsible for coordinating and project managing activity across multiple disciplines, acting as a link between internal teams, external suppliers, promoters, partners and stakeholders. From planning and logistics to reporting and administration, you'll help ensure events and promotions are delivered smoothly, professionally and successfully.
Your Role:
As Commercial Events & Promotions Co-Ordinator, you'll support the planning, coordination and delivery of Bauer Audio's events and promotional activity, while providing day-to-day support to the wider team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Supporting the planning and delivery of commercial events across the Bauer Audio portfolio.
• Coordinating event logistics including venues, ticketing, staffing, supplier liaison, artist requirements, accreditation and event documentation.
• Providing onsite support across events including arena shows, festivals and partner events.
• Managing guest lists, ticket allocations and ticket distribution.
• Tracking ticket sales and event performance information.
• Monitoring on-air, social and promotional activity surrounding events and partnerships.
• Supporting marketing and communications activity across audio, digital and social channels.
• Processing invoices, expenses, supplier payments and finance administration, including raising purchase orders and tracking invoices.
• Managing the events inbox and maintaining event guides, staff documents and trackers.
• Supporting the co-promotions team with ticket competitions, online event listings, audience communications and newsletter distribution.
• Preparing post-event evaluations, reporting and analysis for brand teams and event partners.
• Maintaining accurate records, briefs and administrative documentation across all assigned projects.
The skills you will bring:
• Experience working within an events environment, such as a venue, promoter, production company or similar.
• Experience providing administrative support at both team and management level.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience creating presentations and working with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills and strong time management.
• Confidence working with a variety of stakeholders, partners and suppliers.
• A proactive, positive approach to problem solving and getting things done.
• A genuine passion for Bauer’s brands, events and audience experiences.
• A can-do attitude and a collaborative team-player mindset.
Working Pattern / Location:
This role is based in our London office, with regular attendance at live events and some out-of-hours work required in line with the events programme.
