Commercial Talent Manager

Our Team: How we enrich everyday life

You’ll be joining Bauer Media’s growing Talent Team, a small but ambitious function that’s shaping the future of how we engage talent across broadcast, podcast, video, and social. Right now, 90% of our branded content deals feature talent – making this one of the most commercially exciting areas of our business.

As part of this team, you’ll work closely with commercial strategy, sales, editorial, and production – collaborating across the business to bring campaigns to life. It’s a new role, so you’ll have the opportunity to make your mark from day one.

The difference you will make

As our Commercial Talent Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind talent activations that power some of our biggest brand partnerships. By keeping the wheels turning day-to-day, you’ll free up our Talent Director to focus on long-term strategy – and together, you’ll deliver campaigns that delight clients, engage audiences, and generate real impact.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a role that’s equal parts commercial, creative, and operational – with exposure to top UK talent and major brand campaigns.

Your role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for all commercial talent bookings and activations
  • Working with sales and strategy teams on pitches, ensuring the right talent is matched to client briefs
  • Liaising with talent agents and managers to confirm availability, fees, and logistics
  • Supporting delivery teams on shoots, recordings, and content activations
  • Tracking bookings, revenues, and talent engagement in spreadsheets and databases
  • Building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Staying on top of social, digital, and influencer trends to spot fresh opportunities

The skills you will bring

  • Proven experience in talent management, brand partnerships, media, or influencer marketing
  • Strong project management and organisational skills – you thrive on detail and deadlines
  • Excellent people skills – confident working with talent, agents, clients, and internal teams
  • A self-starter mindset, able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • A natural curiosity about the talent industry – you’re switched on to trends and opportunities
  • (Bonus) Experience with commercial negotiations or pricing structures

Working pattern / location

This is a hybrid role based in our London office (Euston). You’ll typically spend two days a week in the office, usually Tuesday–Thursday, with flexibility depending on business needs.
