Creative Planning Co-Ordinator

We’re looking for a Creative Planning Co-Ordinator to join our  team on a full-time permanent in London.

As a Creative Planning Co-Ordinator, you'll work closely with the Creative Strategists and Commercial Programmers to support in delivering seamless, accurate, and efficient proposals. You will be responsible for planning, booking, and coordinating campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring they meet both client briefs and Bauer’s strategic goals.

 

Your role will be central to delivering outstanding customer service, managing campaign timelines, and fostering collaboration across teams. From ensuring that campaigns are accurately booked to using key insights to help drive revenue growth, your work will have a significant impact on the success of our campaigns.

 

This is a hybrid position where you will work from home and our office in London.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Planning cross-platform campaigns using audience-based software, aligning with client deadlines.
  • Booking and overseeing multi-platform campaigns, ensuring all activities are accounted for.
  • Managing planning resources, including price lists, directories, and rate cards.
  • Supporting upselling to drive revenue growth.
  • Assisting with post-campaign analysis and insights for PCA presentations
  • Collaborating with internal teams like Sales, Strategy, Programming and Delivery
  • Utilising systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, PlanIt, Adpoint, and Telmar to execute tasks.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy under pressure.
  • Strong numeracy skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of cross-media, creative solutions.
  • Familiarity with Bauer Audio sales offerings.
  • Previous experience in administrative or support roles, ideally within the media industry.
  • Creative and innovative thinking, with a passion for ideation.
  • Experience engaging audiences with compelling presentations.
