Creative Strategy Lead FTC (Entertainment)

Job Purpose
As Creative Strategy Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our award-winning creative partnerships, helping entertainment clients connect with audiences in meaningful, engaging ways. You’ll draw from Bauer’s iconic brands and talent to craft campaigns that entertain, inspire and deliver impact.
This role sits at the intersection of our Client Strategy and Creative Strategy teams, giving you a unique opportunity to influence both commercial relationships and creative execution.

With dual reporting into Entertainment Director and Head Of Creative Strategy, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across sales, production, research and editorial. Working Pattern / Location
Hybrid working, based in our London office. Minimum 2 days/week in-office, typically Tuesday and Wednesday.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to high-volume entertainment briefs with creative, insight-led ideas
- Lead campaign development from concept to execution
- Collaborate with internal teams and build relationships with senior brand stakeholders
- Challenge and interrogate larger client briefs and design creative campaigns in line with client objectives
- Present ideas to clients and agencies
- Ensure campaign deliverability and post-campaign reporting
- Build and maintain relationships with entertainment clients and agencies at screenings, industry events and meetings.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Strategic and creative thinker with strong writing and presentation skills
- Confident, outgoing and resilient with excellent stakeholder management
- Ability to work at pace and under pressure
- Collaborative team player
- Skilled in storytelling and simplifying complex ideas
Desirable:
- Experience in the entertainment industry
- Understanding of audio (podcasts, digital audio)
- Cross-platform experience (social, video, publishing, audio)
- Audio or creative partnership experience
