About the Role
As a Delivery Manager – Digital, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of outcome-based deliverables across high-performing, multi-disciplinary squads. You’ll work closely with development teams, product owners, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth, continuous delivery of value-driven web applications.

What You’ll Do
- Lead agile delivery teams using Scrum or other methodologies
- Collaborate across product and technology teams to ensure alignment
- Facilitate stand-ups, retrospectives, planning sessions, and workshops
- Manage risks, dependencies, and governance processes
- Support backlog grooming and capacity planning
- Mentor and coach teams to foster continuous improvement
- Align technical delivery with customer needs and business strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years leading delivery teams or projects, ideally in the media or audio streaming industry
- Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution
- Leadership: Servant leadership style with a focus on team empowerment and strategic alignment
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Office Suite
- Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile and product delivery frameworks

- Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Have a strategic mindset and a passion for operational excellence
