Director of MarTech & CRM

We’re looking for a Director of CRM & Martech to join our Digital Advisory team and lead a brand-new function at the heart of our digital transformation.

Job Purpose 

 

As Director of CRM & Martech, you’ll lead the strategy, roadmap, and technical delivery of our CRM ecosystem — with Braze at its core. You’ll work across brands and markets to enable real-time, data-driven customer messaging, and build scalable, compliant, and customer-centric solutions. 

This is a new role with high visibility and the chance to shape how we connect with millions of users across our digital platforms. 

 

Our Team 

 

You’ll be joining our growing Digital Advisory team — a collaborative group focused on enabling digital excellence across Bauer. You’ll work closely with colleagues in Product, Data, Engineering, and Marketing, as well as local market teams across the UK and Europe. 

 

 

What you'll be doing

 

  • Lead the CRM & Martech strategy across brands and markets 

  • Own the Braze platform and surrounding ecosystem 

  • Drive scalable integrations and experimentation frameworks 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enable real-time messaging 

  • Shape CRM use cases that balance speed-to-value with long-term scalability 

  • Govern Martech standards and champion collaboration 

  • Drive lifecycle marketing, audience growth, and monetisation through CRM innovation 

 

What you'll bring

 

  • Demonstrable experience leading CRM and Martech strategy in digital consumer environments 

  • Hands-on expertise with Braze, including architecture and campaign capabilities 

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering 

  • A strategic mindset with a passion for automation and experimentation 

  • Knowledge of data privacy and consent-based marketing best practices 

  • A collaborative, curious, and solutions-focused approach
