You’ll be joining our dynamic Distribution & Strategic Partnerships team, part of Bauer’s Central Digital Group. We work across multiple markets and platforms to ensure our content reaches audiences wherever they are — from aggregators like TuneIn to voice platforms like Alexa and Google Assistant. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, working closely with Product, Tech, Legal, and market teams to deliver seamless digital experiences. 

 

The Difference you will make 

As Manager, Distribution & Strategic Partnerships, you’ll play a key role in executing Bauer’s distribution strategy. You’ll manage day-to-day delivery across key partners, ensuring smooth coordination and operational excellence. Your insights and reporting will help shape platform prioritisation and unlock new opportunities for growth. This is a pivotal role in a fast-paced digital environment, where your ability to build relationships and drive performance will make a real impact. 

 

Your role 

You’ll be the go-to person for managing relationships with digital distribution partners and supporting internal teams to maximise platform value. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage operational relationships with aggregators and voice platforms (e.g. TuneIn, Alexa, Google Assistant).
  • Deliver performance reports and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate issue resolution across internal teams (Product, Tech, Legal).
  • Support market teams in leveraging platform tools and promotional opportunities.
  • Maintain documentation and lead structured updates for leadership. 

The Skills you will bring 

Required:

  • Experience in digital partnerships, platform operations, or media distribution.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator and relationship builder.
  • Experience with performance tracking and stakeholder reporting.
  • Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 

Desired:

  • Experience with content aggregators or voice assistants.
  • Understanding of the digital media or audio content ecosystem.
  • Exposure to international or multi-market environments. 

Working Pattern/Location 

Hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom. Full-time, permanent position.
