Your work will directly support initiatives that tackle skills gaps, improve access, and create new career opportunities across the creative sector.

Your Role
You’ll lead the end-to-end marketing and events delivery for the Creative Sector Hub ensuring high impact, high quality and measurable results.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing and delivering multi-channel marketing strategies to promote the Sector Hub and its initiatives

- Creating engaging content across platforms, including campaigns, social content, and promotional assets

- Building the Hub’s marketing presence from scratch, shaping its identity, voice and storytelling

- Planning and delivering high-profile events, from industry showcases to stakeholder and policy-focused sessions

- Engaging and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including creative industry partners and public sector organisations

- Monitoring performance of campaigns and events, using insight and data to continuously improve

- Managing marketing and events budgets, suppliers and external partners

- Supporting broader Bauer Academy initiatives where needed

The Skills You Will Bring
- Proven experience in marketing and events, ideally in a fast-paced or creative environment

- Strong content creation skills, with the ability to develop compelling, multi-platform campaigns

- Experience delivering high-quality events with strong attention to detail and audience experience

- Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership and driving activity forward

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior audiences

- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

- Analytical mindset, with experience using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes

- Experience with digital tools such as Canva, WordPress or similar platforms

Working Pattern & Location
This is a full-time role on an initial 18 month contract based in our London office twice a week with the rest homeworking.
