Next Level Leadership Coordinator
We’re looking for a Next Level Leadership Coordinator to join Bauer Academy’s Next Level Leadership Centre (NLLC) on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a Leadership Centre Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the NLLC team, and ensuring the smooth coordination of projects and programmes across Europe. With a focus on organisation and efficiency, you will manage logistics, maintain records, and respond to client and learner enquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
This role requires strong collaboration, working closely with Bauer Academy teams, Bauer Media Group departments, and external clients. A positive, proactive approach aligned with Bauer’s values—passion, trust, excellence, and entrepreneurial spirit—is essential to success in this role.
What you'll be doing:
- Serving as the first point of contact for NLLC learner queries, managing bookings and ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Coordinating workshops, events, and summits, including venue booking, travel arrangements, and logistics.
- Maintaining and updating training materials, documents, and records for easy access.
- Managing project plans, coaching schedules, and workshop timelines, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Design feedback surveys to gather insights for reports and updates.
- Support NLLC promotions by collecting content and case studies for social media.
- Prepare and distribute training materials, assisting tutors with slide deck creation
- Engage in Bauer Academy team events and professional development.
What you’ll bring:
- Must hold a valid DBS certificate (this will be organised by Bauer Academy)
- Experience in an administration or project support role is essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
- Ability to prioritise workloads effectively, a good time manager who can balance multiple priorities and demands
- Ability to collaborate and share information with Bauer Academy colleagues; work independently and as part of a team.
- Good IT literacy including PowerPoint and excel. Knowledge of Canva is beneficial but not essential.
