Our team
You will be part of the Cash for Kids Brand and Partnerships Team, working nationally across the UK. Cash for Kids is the official charity of Bauer Media. Cash for Kids is a national charity, with 23 regional teams based throughout England, Scotland, Wales and NI. The Regional Teams are supported by a Central Team, made up of Finance, Digital and Brand and Partnership departments.
The difference you will make
As the Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, exploring and developing corporate partnership opportunities. You will develop and grow existing partnerships, building mutually beneficial relationships and promoting the Cash for Kids brand.
As part of the Cash for Kids Brand and Partnerships Team you will be working nationally across the UK. As well as delivering outstanding partnerships at a National level, you will also ensure all our regional teams are fully supported to secure / nurture partnerships at a local level.
Your role
- Identify and secure new fundraising partnerships.
- Identify current local partnerships across the group with growth potential.
- Identify and apply for Charity of the Year partnerships & Corporate Foundations.
- Establish and maintain a pipeline of prospect partnerships within CRM.
- Produce and deliver high quality presentations for prospective partners.
- Creating and maintaining a suite of partner-facing resources for regional teams.
- Reviewing and maintaining the Partnership Tiering system.
- Attend large scale national industry awards and high-profile conferences.
- Support the set up and delivery of client and corporate facing events.
The skills you will bring
- Previous experience in a sales environment or similar.
- Proven success in securing and managing high-value corporate partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercial acumen and an understanding of CSR, ESG, and corporate motivations.
- Passion for making a difference for children and young people.
Working pattern
This is a Hybrid role that support a balance of working from home and our office in London (or your nearest office). Travel to our Partners locations will also be required but travel cost will be covered.
