You’ll be joining our AI Joint Capability Team (JCT) – a group of Product Managers and Engineers passionate about embedding AI into everyday processes to make work smarter and faster. We’re a collaborative, tech-savvy team that thrives on solving complex problems and creating innovative solutions. While we’re based across London and Poland, we work closely together to deliver impactful AI initiatives. This role is key to helping us stay focused and efficient as we scale.
The Difference you will make
As our Product Ops Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone of the AI Product & Engineering function. Your work enables our Product Managers and Engineers to focus on strategy and delivery. You’ll own internal processes, reporting, and communications, making sure the team runs smoothly and effectively. This is a brand new role, giving you the opportunity to shape how we work and make a real impact on our AI roadmap.
Your role
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set up and manage core processes to keep the team running effectively.
- Track AI adoption, usage, and value generated; produce bi-monthly impact report for leadership.
- Prepare team updates, success stories and quarterly overviews and own internal communications.
- Coordinate training needs and sessions across multiple markets.
- Support Product Managers with research, documentation, stakeholder workshops and research sessions.
- Organise team events and logistics for conferences.
- Maintain risk and decision logs; manage inbound requests and approvals for AI tools.
The Skills you will bring
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships and win hearts.
- Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
- Proficient with Monday.com, Sharepoint, Teams.
- Experience in product operations, project management, or business support.
- Proactive problem-solver and self-starter.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (product, data, engineering).
Nice to have:
- Passion for AI and innovation.
- Experience in tech or media environments.
Working Pattern/Location
Hybrid – London office once a week.
Full time, permanent position.
