We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Production Assistant to support our team and exciting slate of content! 

 

The difference you will make: 

As our Production Assistant, reporting to the Head of Production - Podcasts, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our podcast production team. This is a fantastic development opportunity for someone with a passion for the audio business and content creation. You’ll be working across production management and administration, research, shoots and recordings, and social media. Your contribution will help ensure our shows run smoothly and are delivered to the highest standard. 

 

Your role: 

You’ll be at the heart of our podcast production process, supporting both creative, business and operational tasks. You’ll get exposure to the full podcast production cycle, from concept to post, and a suite of skills that will create opportunities for you through different career pathways. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Shoot/recording day support - cue cards, refreshments, guest liaison, assist with studio set-up and pack-down.
  • Provide general production management support - raise purchase orders, input payments into cost managers, manage team expenses, support music reporting, call sheets, travel bookings.
  • Coordinate calendars, studio bookings, and deliveries.
  • Source props and research set/edit inspiration.
  • Track awards deadlines and assist with submissions.
  • Support the team in posting to social media platforms and researching social trends, if relevant experience or is of interest. 

 

The skills you will bring: 

  • A team player with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • A natural multitasker able to manage conflicting demands.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Specific interest in podcasts, plus content creation, digital media and production management.
  • Good IT skills and comfortable with tools such as Google docs and Microsoft Office suite including Excel. 
  • Experience with Monday.com, Frame.io, Adobe tools or editing software (audio/video), SAP or social platforms is a bonus.
  • Previous experience in administration or as a Production Management Assistant would is a bonus, but not essential. 

 

Working Pattern/Location: 

This is a full-time, fixed-term 6-month contract based in our London office. We work hybrid where we can, but this subject to production demands and studio use. Flexibility to work out of hours occasionally is required on productions.
