Production Coordinator (Branded Video)
The role:
The branded video department is a new and exciting part of Bauer, established to create industry leading co-branded video for our internal brands such as KISS, Magic, Grazia, Empire, Motor Cycle News, heat, Absolute Radio and Greatest Hits & Hits radio in partnership with some of the world’s leading companies.
As a Branded Video Production Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day logistics that allow the department to deliver best in class content. From utilising key documentation and finance systems to attending shoots the role will cover the full breadth of production management.

Key responsibilties:
- Production Logistics: Help to organise shoot schedules, locations, permits, and crew bookings for video and audio productions.
- Budget & Finance Support: Assist in tracking production costs, setting up supplier, raising purchase orders, and managing invoices.
- Post-Production Support: Coordinate asset delivery, manage edit schedules, and facilitate feedback rounds with editors and stakeholders.
- Compliance: Helping to ensure all branded content meets legal, editorial, and compliance standards.
- Asset Management: Oversee the storage, organisation, and distribution of production assets, ensuring all materials are archived correctly.
- Production Documentation: Maintain production schedules, call sheets, risk assessments, and contracts.
- Crew and Location management: Assist producer/director on set to ensure the smooth running of shoots.
Desired skills & experience:
- Experience in production coordination within a media, agency, or branded content environment. Or someone with a film production degree or similar with independent production experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of production processes across digital, video, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of media compliance and rights management is a plus.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-player mindset.
- Able to work out of central London HQ - although there may be some opportunities for Hybrid working, you will often be required to be in the office or at a shoot location and the role requires full flexibility on your part
