Project Coordinator

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Creative Commercial Delivery Team on a full-time permanent basis in London.

 

As the Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers across all team projects by handling key tasks such as pulling live read and competition audio from our logging system, maintaining records of client activity and digital stats for post-campaign analysis, and competently using systems like Adobe Audition and Google Analytics.

 

Additionally, you'll support special projects, such as outside broadcasts, audience events, and celebrity appearances, by coordinating video shoots, sourcing props, booking locations, and arranging transportation.

 

 

This is a hybrid position where you will work from home and our office in London.

What you’ll be doing

  • Pulling live read and competition audio.
  • Maintaining client activity records and digital stats for post-campaign analysis.
  • Using systems like Adobe Audition and Google Analytics.
  • Managing winner liaison, prize management, and competition expenses.
  • Producing audio Records of Transmission.
  • Assisting with special projects, video shoots, and events.
  • Collating social and digital activity across campaigns.
  • Managing merchandise, branding, and team finances using SAP.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to build exceptional relationships with internal teams, external clients, and contacts.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Bauer Brands.
  • A genuine team player with a vibrant sense of fun and boundless enthusiasm.
