  • Assisting with budget management, invoice processing, and payment tracking.
  • Providing hands-on support during events, monitoring activities, and adjusting as needed.
  • Collecting and analysing feedback, compiling reports, and supporting debrief sessions.
  • Troubleshooting event issues, escalating concerns, and supporting the Event Director in ensuring successful execution.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating large-scale events.
  • Skilled in handling large budgets, Project P&Ls, and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to convey event value and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Highly organised, with strong project management abilities and experience working under time pressure.
  • Ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external consumers.
  • Calm under pressure, proactive in flagging concerns, and committed to high work standards.
  • Enthusiastic about Bauer Brands, a team player with a positive attitude, and open to occasional out-of-hours work.
