Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Commercial Delivery team on a full-time permanent basis in London.

As the Project Manager, you will deliver creative partnerships across all brands and platforms, working with internal and external stakeholders throughout, with a focus on the production of social and visual content.

You will be a member of the Commercial Delivery Team setting an example of best-in-class project management and social production.

You will have a focus on repeat revenue and contributing to campaign renewal throughout.

This is a hybrid position where you will work from home and our office in London.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing branded content campaigns, ensuring they exceed KPIs, stay on budget, and deliver long-term value.
• Supporting Senior Project Managers on complex projects, taking ownership of key deliverables.
• Driving creativity, ensuring content resonates with audiences, aligns with brand identity, and meets customer needs.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted representative of the department.
• Specialising in social and visual branded content, guiding teams to produce best-in-class work.
• Improving processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborating with commercial and editorial teams to execute high-impact campaigns.

What You’ll Bring:

• A strong work ethic, the willingness to get involved and the ability to build great relationships with internal teams and external clients and contacts is essential.
• A passion and strong understanding of the Bauer Brands and what makes great social and visual content.
• Be a true team-player with a sense of fun and loads of enthusiasm
• A clear passion for creative branded content.
• Be conscientious - a willingness to work hard, with a can-do attitude.
