The Role
We’re embarking on one of the largest technology transformations in Bauer’s history: migrating multiple on-premise, country-specific broadcast systems into a single, cloud-based, future-proofed stack across nine European markets.As a Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering this change. Working alongside our architectural, cybersecurity, engineering, and operational teams, you’ll lead the delivery of technology projects that enable Audio’s strategic goals.You’ll be part of a team of Project Managers who thrive in environments where clarity evolves over time. This means shaping plans even when not everything is fully defined and aligning stakeholders whose priorities may shift. What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering Meaningful Change
- Lead complex technology projects from idea to implementation — delivering on time, within budget, and to the quality expected.Build and adjust plans as requirements evolve, using sound judgement when navigating uncertainty.Partner with Executive-level stakeholders to support technology-driven transformation across the business.
Owning Governance & Standards
- Apply established project management standards for initiation, planning, delivery, and control.Maintain robust risk, issue, and quality processes — especially as priorities shift.Ensure meaningful MI, reporting, and KPIs are in place and used to drive clarity and momentum.
Driving Commercial & Resource Excellence
- Manage project budgets and collaborate on financial planning.Identify, deploy, and guide project resources, ensuring teams stay motivated and focused.Support programme managers with third-party supplier relationships throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Championing Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Challenge assumptions, review processes, and push for better customer and business outcomes.Contribute to the migration from legacy systems to a modern, cloud-enabled, data-driven technology stack.
Ensuring Smooth Operational Transition
- Coordinate with operational teams to secure seamless BAU handovers.Promote consistency in tools, templates, and methodologies across the PM function.
About You
You’re a structured, adaptable Project Manager who brings clarity where it’s needed most. You’re experienced in complex change, comfortable with shifting priorities, and confident influencing stakeholders across disciplines.
You’ll Bring:
- A proven track record delivering complex technology-enabled projects.
- Strong planning, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving objectives.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of business impact.
- Experience across multi-discipline environments and competing priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of multiple delivery methodologies and exposure to programme management.
- Recognised project management qualifications (e.g. Prince2, PMI, Agile).
- Fluency in Business English.
