We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Recruitment Enablement Lead to build and deliver world-class training, resources, and capability development for our Talent Acquisition (TA) function and hiring communities. Sitting within the Talent CoE, this role is pivotal in ensuring that our recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers are equipped to hire efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with our processes, tools, and employer brand.
You’ll design engaging learning experiences, own the rollout of process or systems changes, and ensure the continuous upskilling of TA teams across all markets. This is a 12-month fixed-term position.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver structured onboarding and ongoing training for recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators
- Develop skill-based training modules (e.g., sourcing, interview best practices, stakeholder management)
- Identify learning gaps across TA and create plans to close them through scalable, blended learning solutions
- Design training content to support the rollout of new processes, policies, and technologies (e.g., ATS upgrades)
- Create and maintain “how-to” guides, SOPs, video tutorials, and FAQs across all TA systems and tools
- Act as a key training lead during tech rollouts and process changes
- Build and deliver scalable training content for hiring managers (live and self-serve)
- Partner with People Partners and business leaders to embed learning across teams
- Measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through feedback, engagement, and hiring performance metrics
- Maintain a quarterly learning calendar and track uptake of training resources
- Continuously evolve materials to reflect business and process changes
Your Profile:
- 4+ years of experience in a Talent Enablement, L&D, TA Ops, or HR training role
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs across multiple audiences and formats
- Familiarity with the hiring lifecycle, ATS tools (e.g., SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Lever), and recruitment best practices
- Strong instructional design and content creation skills (slide decks, guides, templates, LMS uploads)
- Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging learning materials
- Comfortable facilitating both live sessions and self-guided learning at scale
- Experience supporting change and systems adoption is a plus
- A passion for people development and great candidate experience
